Time for a new look in the Living Room. You’re going to have to measure the mini-blinds… or rather you’ll measure the opening. So you get your tape measure and begin.

The tape measure slips off. You reach back up and again try to measure the blinds… this time you stuff the tape end in between the blind and the wall- you begin to ‘draw out’ the tape and nearing the business end
-placing your knee on the couch arm, easing yourself up to read the measurement…

OK… (no one is watching) So you now stand on the couch and holding the end of the tape measure in place-
it’s hooked… so you think, you inch along, carefully holding it in place and as you move down the couch-
you step in the only hole on the couch, the valance falls off, and you fall over.. YELLING for someone to
“COME AND HOLD THE OTHER END OF THIS “%#@%” TAPE” so you can get the measurement.
This scene is repeated most anywhere and anytime a tape measure is used…
